We do prefer to rent by the week - Sat. to Sat. - however, we would consider 3 to 5 day rentals during the off season and if, during July and August the unit is not booked.

This chalet has fantastic views of both Mable and Lusk Lake and the river valley.
UnitID 81265 is the lower suite for this Chalet and is rented separately.

- Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
- Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). A major downhill and cross country ski destination is Silver Star Resort which is east of Vernon. BC Fabulous Cross country skiing is right out of your door with endless ungroomed trails to ski; groomed cross country ski trails are 45 minutes away at Larch Hills near Salmon Arm.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Mabel Lake golf course lodge has dining facilities to enjoy from April-October. Lorenzo's Cafe which is a 20 minute drive away with live music and entertainment on weekends, is open year round.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques Refundable security/damage deposit is required upon arrival and is due in cash/traveler's cheque with the remaining balance owed on the booking fee.
Pets: We require a $300.00 security deposit at the time of arrival. This fee is fully refundable at the time of departure unless there is damage or extra cleaning requirements due to dog hair, carpet soiling, etc. This is not added to the rental fee. This fee will be paid to us should some damage occcur.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
- All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 300 will apply.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
