Baby sitting: on request. The property is located in a very ancient and typical umbrian village. It is set apart and very peaceful and is composed of 10 houses in total. Villagers are mostly farmers. This village is a very safe and tranquil place set among olive trees.

Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 EUR is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

Internet Service & Fee
Fee of 30.00 EUR is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service. a high speed internet key is available upon request and extra charged euro 30 per 100 hours of internet connection
Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee
A metered fee is collected on departure. A guest must request this optional service. The metered rate is 3.50 per Mc.(based on consumption).
