The kitchen is fully equipped for a very comfortably stay. The living-dining room with a big fireplace has a large table for about 18 people.
Color TV, hair dryer, wood for the fireplace, CD player, coffee maker, washing machine, linens- sheets-towels are included in our rates.
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. Sofa bed on the ground floor.
2 King Beds (sleeps 4). Very comfortable rooms all furnished with ancient and umbrian furniture. The 3 rooms are on the first floor and there is a bathroom on the same level.
2 Single/Twin Beds. Very nice and welcoming single room with second bed available.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

From a side of the house the view is hills and countryside, from another side is the ancient and rural stone village.

The property is located in a very ancient and typical umbrian village. It is set apart and very peaceful and is composed of 10 houses in total. Villagers are mostly farmers. This village is a very safe and tranquil place set among olive trees.

The Lake of Piediluco with private beaches, restaurants, boat rentals is 17 kilometers far from the house ( about 25 minutes by car)
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
