Shared: vast and spacious equipped outdoor area, above ground swimming-pool (5x11) (1/6-30/9), equipped annexe where convivial lunches and dinners can be arranged, barbecue and laundry room. Simple style but complete furniture. Access along 500 m of dirt track road. Parking. Central heating. DISTANCES: 2 km Grottaccia (food shops, telephone), 15 km Macerata, 35 km the Adriatic sea.
ACCOMMODATION: (90 m2) 1st fl.: living room (TV) kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer), 1 passageway with divan bed, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
