Our spacious one bedroom condo is located in a gated complex which is central in beautiful Maderia Beach. It is just a 500 Ft. Walk across to the best white sandy beach on the Gulf Coast of Florida.
A true "Home away from Home". You'll find it close to all amenities, such as supermarket, pharmacy, library, restaurants and pubs. The popular JOHN's Pass is just a short distance down the Gulf Blvd. No car, no worries, everything is within a short distance. The largest of two pool is just across from your door.
Feel like a workout. Inside the complex main building find a fully equipped gym along with hot tub and a games room.
Take a short stroll just outside your door and view the many boats that are parked on the slipway complimented by manicured shrubs and grounds. A BBQ grill is available in the area for your use.
Inside our condo you will find a clean, uncluttered updated space. The large living room has two leather sofas where one is a pull out bed. A 40" plasma completes the space, the Cable, phone and internet are all included. The dining room has a round table suitable for four people along side a full equipped kitchen.
The large bedroom has a queen size bed, full size dresser, leather love seat and a 32" plasmas TV. The bathroom is complete with the stack-able washer and dryer. End your day of relaxing at the beach or pool, sit in our screened Lanai and watch the sun set into the evening.
