Super 1-bedroom attic apartment on the 5 rd floor of a building serviced by two lifts/elevator. The apartment is very bright, sunny, cozy and cheerful. It has a big terrace overlooking the city and the mountains close to Madrid. The kitchen is well-equipped with, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, etc, and is supplied with pots, cutlery and crockery. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed while the living room has 2 sofa-bed. Bed-linen and towels are provided. Many of Madrid famous tourist attractions such as Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 8:00 AM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size. A deposit of 300 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10 € Hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
