Our accommodations are also ideal for corporate travelers as they are equipped with wireless internet access and offer the freedom you need to enjoy your business trip in Madrid. The building has an ultra modern elevator and the apartments are blessed with abundant daylight as they have big windows and even a little balcony to step out.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Walk for just 3 streets and you will get to Gran Via, the Capital’s main street lined with a plethora of shops and boutiques. Once on this street, the famous Puerta del Sol, the Peninsula’s very centre, is just in minutes reach.
The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

You have the option of paying total with your card (2.8% surcharge, AMEX 4.2%) prior to arrival or total upon arrival in the office, either in cash Euro or by credit card (2.8% surcharge, AMEX 4.2%). We will need a photocopy of ID or passport of all card holders who use card as payment.

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (admin fee)
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge

Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay

• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
