30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 5 years old stay free.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply. A fee of 50 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
