• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Mountain Market Place is 5 mts. away - there is a grocery store, two restaurants, a hardware store, bank, etc.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 900 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size. A deposit of $300 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
