Pleasant country villa situated in one of the residential areas of the small hamlet of Poggio Nativo, near the ancient abbey of Farfa, one of the largest and most famous abbeys in central Italy. The property is located almost on the top of a hill, in a panoramic and peaceful position; it offers pretty views reaching as far as the towns of Toffia and Fara Sabina. The villa is surrounded by 1 hectare of land, which is fenced-in and with trees. Garden and lawn area (2000 m2) which is where the swimming pool (15.30x7.50, max. 2.60 m deep), shower and WC are located. In the area you will find good extra virgin olive oil which you can purchase nearby. DISTANCES: 1 km Castelnuovo di Farfa (horse riding, grocery shops), 2 km Poggio Nativo (all kinds of shops), 6 km Abbazia di Farfa, 15 km sport fishing, 25 km Valle Santa Francescana, 50 km Rome which you can also reach by taking a convenient train from the station of Passo Corese scalo (10 km) which in 40 minutes will take you to the old city centre of Rome and then heads to the Fiumicino international airport.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
