    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
