The main house owns a large double family room, a lounge and a dinner place on the main deck, 2 bedrooms and a laundry.
Regarding the fact that 1 of the bedrooms is independent we rent the house with only one bedroom for 2 persons and with two bedrooms for 4 and for 6 persons.

Our house is situated on the hill of Mahinarama, in Mahina, about 10 km from Papeete, the capital of French Polynesia. It is the North Coast, the sunny one (we are in the Southern hemisphere).
Across Papeete is the town of Faaa, where the international and domestic airports are .
There are sightseeings on 3 sides :
- West: a forest, about 60 feet under the garden, with big tropical trees
- North: the ocean in front of the house, with the "Motu Martin" island and, further, Tetiaroa island, the Marlon Brando one, visible when the weather is clear;
- East: an ocean sightseeing, in the direction of Tahiti peninsula.
The property is closed by an electric gate. There is space for many cars.
The house is surrounded by a kohu wood deck (980 sq ft, almost entirely covered) and tiled terraces (660 sq ft). There is a large dining table on the covered front deck, a gas barbecue and a wood lounge with cushions.
Tahiti is part of the Society Islands of the French Southern Territories and the largest of the 118 islands that make up this group. Visit the Harrison Smith Botanical Gardens, learn the history of the islands at the Museum of Tahiti and Her Islands, view the undersea world at the Lagoonarium or visit the Gauguin Museum to see displays for art. Other activities include golf, helicopter excursions, horseback riding, tennis, snorkeling, scuba diving and deep sea fishing.

A few tropical fruits and vegetables vendors work on the school's parking, 5 minutes away.
The Vaima Center and the Fare Tony, main shopping Centers, are in Papeete, on the Sea front.
Each day the Papeete's market takes place under its hall and, on Sunday, also in the streets around.

• Nearby Attractions: Mountain walks and 4x4 drives across the island. The James Norman's Hall House is a few kilometers away. In Tahiti an Moorea island there are many scenic natural places and points of view. The Papenoo and Teahupoo beaches are well-known surf spots. The Nautic Club of Arue (Marina) rents boats.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
