• The unit is Ocean front.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Refundable damage deposit of Euro 1.500, is due upon arrival in cash (euro) or double signed travelers’ cheques. No other form of payment will be accepted.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 10/hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
