    Washer and dryer are close to condo complex. $1 per cycle each, bring your own quarters. The community swimming pool is close to the unit, (two to three minute walk). No air conditioning there are fans in each room.

    Payment Details
    5 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

    I can take any credit card through PAYPAL. E-mail address required. PAYPAL welcomes AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, VISA AND MASTERCARD. I will send you a notification via e-mail with detail instructions to make payment PayPal use for payment guest will pay for PayPal commission approximately 3%.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
