This affordable third floor unit has 2 bedrooms (bring the family!), cathedral ceilings and a hint of ocean view...completely furnished with kitchen cooking utensils, dining ware, bed and bath linens, beach towels. A short drive to the bottom of the hill has you staring directly at Makaha Surfing beach, to surf, swim, snorkel and watch gorgeous sunsets!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Guests must mail the security deposit check to reserve booking, 50% of rent is due 30 days after receipt of security deposit (contract will be emailed to you)balance due 30 days before arrival (flexible terms for last-minute bookings) guests must sign standard written contract agreeing to these terms.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
