1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Second bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably. Dresser, closet, alarm clock / radio.

Living Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Futon sleeps one comfortably. Stretch out in the large living room with vaulted ceilings. Area fan. Ceiling fan. 2 windows plus the main lanai window. Very cool and comfortable at night.

Bathroom 1 has one basin.

This 2-bedroom condo is located on the third (top) level of the building. To the left is the beautiful Makaha Valley. To the right is the Pacific Ocean about a kilometre away. There are no obstructing buildings between the condo and the ocean.

Distances

• Honolulu International Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Simply travel the main highway (Hwy 1) to reach Waianae and the Makaha Valley Plantation. The drive takes you along the beautiful Oahu coastline.
• Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. There is a major bus route that passes right in front of the Makaha Valley Plantation.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). For dining, Ko Olina is only a 20 minute drive along Hwy 1. There is also Barber's Point which has casual dining. Barber's Point is located about a 15-minute drive along Hwy 1. There are many fast-food and take-out restaurants in Waianae. They are only a minute drive from the Makaha Valley Planatation.
• Beach is located within a 2 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: The beautiful Makaha Beach and the Pacific Ocean are either a 20 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Tennis courts, hot tub and an outdoor pool are located right at the Makaha Valley Plantation. Beach gear (towels, chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella) are provided with the condo.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
