Bordering Malaga's National Park in an area teeming with wildlife and covered in flowers in springtime, this completely self-contained, detached property is in the grounds of a reformed finca owned by an English family, who are on hand if needed. With lovely views down the valley, the property, accessed via a flight of steps, has a large sunny terrace and practical accomodation all on one level. The ample pool, situated below and to one side of the property has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful area. Casabermeja, just 20 minutes by car, has several excellent restaurants and numerous bars, whilst the busy seaside resort of Torre del Mar is just 40 minutes away. Access to the property is via 6 kilometres of winding mountain road and daylight arrivals are recommended. Parking. Private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 1.7m) available May-Oct.. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
