The English owners live in a totally independent part of the property and can provide meals or help if required. The Sierras that surround this whole area offer excellent opportunities for walking, particularly in the spring, whilst the lovely Mediterranean beaches are only 20 minutes' drive. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
