The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Euros20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
