Payments and Policies

Payment Details

35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 900 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 250) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
3% charge for use of PayPal via credit card. Bank fund tranfer is no charge. Refundable Security/Damage deposit of $950 is required.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
