This delighful modern villa designed by Architect Owners, with superb panoramic sea views, set on the hillside overlooking the bay of Cannes, with the "Iles de Lerins" and the Esterel Coast. The quiet elevated position of the villa, surrounded with a beautiful Mediterranean garden 1500 m², offers exceptional far reaching views from all levels of the idlylic pool with lost edge, terraces and villa.
The luxurious accommodation consists of a split level entrance hall, WC, cloakroom and slate steps that lead into a spacious and light open lounge with wide patio windows giving access to the terrace facing due south to the sea. All floors are teak and depict the artistic atmosphere of the villa. Feature corner fireplace and comfortable leather couches in the lounge. Dining area within the salon although there is also ample furniture for dining on the shady terrace with barbecue directly in front of the villa and overlooking the pool.
• Nice Airport is 30 minutes drive along Auroroute A8. The nearest railway stations are La Napoule and Cannes
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are more than 20 golf courses within 20 minutes drive from the villa. The nearest is Cannes-Mandelieu Old Course facing the Sea and the Riviera Golf Club, 4 km from the villa
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest French Alpine Resorts are 45 minutes drive.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
