Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
SECURITY DEPOSIT: All guests will be charged $500.00 (five hundred) refundable security deposit upon arrival which will be returned to the guest(s) upon examination of the apartment and return of the keys on the date of the departure. Please make sure that the apartment is left in CLEAN CONDITION as it was presented to the guest(s) upon their arrival. Please make sure to REMOVE ALL FOOD FROM REFRIGERATOR and put out the garbage/trash into trash bin container (otherwise cleaning fee $50 will be charged) CHECK-OUT time is no later than 11 AM. LATE CHECK OUT should be arranged previously. For LATE CHECK OUT, the person(s) will be charged 50% of the nightly rate of the unit rented for the time period 11am through 9pm.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 12 years old.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
