Payments and Policies

Payment Details

200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
2 Months rent in advance plus 850 euros deposit.

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
