Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250.00 will apply. A fee of 15.00 a day will apply.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 35.00 .
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
