There are 3 kitchens in this home! One on each floor! All are fully furnished. 1st floor and 2nd floor kitchens have dishwashers and garbage disposals. 3 coffee makers, 3 toaster ovens, 3 blenders, etc. Electric can openers (3), cookware on all 3 floors, air popper.

Studio

1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Queen Air Mattress (sleeps 2). This is not your typical studio! The Penthouse suite is over 900 sq. ft. - a huge suite with the breathtaking view from everywhere you stand. We can also provide one queen airbed or port-a-crib for that extra person / child. (4 person maximum). Entire suite has spectacular view of Lake Michigan! King bed is super comfortable and has luxury all-cotton ultra-soft sheets! Night tables with lamps, dresser, and 26" LCD TV/DVD with selection of DVDs provided.

6 person spa in gazebo with lake view, heart-shaped, freshwater Jacuzzi for two with light and waterfall overlooking Lake Michigan in Penthouse, jacuzzi for two in 1st floor bedroom. 3 central air conditioning/heat units with thermostats in each unit. 12 ceiling fans (cathedral ceiling in Penthouse). Walls/ceiling in genuine knotty pine in Penthouse suite. 2 Private screened-in balconies with two rockers each overlooking Lake Michigan plus 2 lower level decks. We can also provide one queen raised air bed for that extra person / child. Iron & ironing board provided. Top-notch accommodations! FREE USE OF KAYAKS AND CANOE HERE ON THE LAKE! We specialize in family reunions, honeymoons, anniversaries and special occasions. • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Arcadia Bluffs, Manistee National, The Heathlands, and Manistee Country Club are all less than 20 minutes away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Crystal Mountain Ski Resort is about 30-40 minutes away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Diners Club

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
