Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 120 pesos.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
