Location
The kitchen is very well equipped with modern appliances and lovely handcrafted dishes and glasses. We also have a pulse water heater, always plenty of hot water.
Bedroom
1 King or 2 Singles Bed. This king bed, converts to two twins if you wish. The furniture is handcrafted Mexican!
Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Has a large deck off the Master, with sliding glass doors, with full view of the beach and beautiful Santiago Bay.
Bedroom
1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This king bed converts to two twins if you wish. Beautiful hand carved wood furniture, large closet, handloomed curtains.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin. Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.
The view balcony from this second floor unit is directly out to the beach of Santiago Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

Distances
Payments and Policies• The central airport for the Manzanillo area (130,000 people) is about 15 miles away from our condo. The cabs cost $25 for a one way trip. You may pay in either pesos or dollars.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Two good local golf courses, Las Hadas and Club Santiago, 10 to 15 minutes away by bus or cab. Others in the area less than 1 hr away. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This is a walkers and gourmands paradise. Wonderful long beaches and great restaurants; French, Italian, Spanish, Carribean, even Old Mexico and Tex-mex. Three internet cafes within a couple blocks walking distance. • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. This unit is right on the ocean. The ocean is separated from the 10 story condominium, by a lovely large swimming pool and Palapa area, with lots of beach chairs, umbrella's and tables, gardens and game area.
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable damage deposit is required - discuss amount with owner. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.
Policies
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
