• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 20 minute walk to shops and restaurant and 7 minute drive.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. 5 minute walk to the beach (700 foot steps) The 800ft Beach is great for swimming. There is a canoe, snorkeling, volleyball, gym, and large pool.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $2,000 is required. The comprehensive policy does not fit in this field. Within 24 hr grace period, discuss with Owner.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pencan be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
