2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2) and 2 Twin Pull Outs (sleeps 2). Ceiling fan, very nice view of ocean and mountains through double window. Large full private bath, large closet. 2 extra mattresses under the beds for the kids. Sleeps 4. This bedroom houses the linen closet and also has a boombox radio / cd, TV w/ cable + DVD Player and most of the pool toys. 2 Single Pull Outs (sleeps 2) and 2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Ceiling fan, sliding glass doors to private patio big enough for chairs and side tables with gorgeous view of the huge pool and palapa. Large private bath, large closet. 2 extra mattresses under the beds for the kids. Sleeps 4. Mattresses on beds are brand new (2006). This bedroom has a TV w/ built in video games, cable and DVD player, some pool toys and tennis rackets ( 2 ) and balls in the closet 1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Ceiling fan, private bath, privacy door, occupies entire 6th floor of unit. Sliding glass door to large private balcony... best view in the condo;. pool, mountains, beach. Private BBQ Grill, patio table and 4-6 chairs. T.V. with cable, alarm clock AM-FM sound machine. There is an iron in the closet 1 Single Couch (sleeps 1) and 1 Single Roll Away (sleeps 1). 3 ceiling fans w/ remotes, New A/c w/ remote, 40" HD LCD TV, HD DVD Player w/ movies, Bose Wave Radio w/ Cd's, BBQ Grill w/ utensils ( in plastic case ), folding computer workstation, various books and card games ( in the credenza under the stairs )

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet and one basin.

Simply stunning. Condo occupies the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of the complex. No room has a "bad" view.

A 'complex' is either a condo, walled community, lodge, apartment or townhouse development.

• ZLO Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. It is a short cab ride to airport.. bus and taxi right outside complex Continental offers non stop flights from Houston. 2.5 hours in the air and you are there.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Buses stop constantly in front of the condo, taxi's are cheap and readily available.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby. There are several golf courses very close by (easy walking distance) or a short cab ride.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving more than 120 minute(s). Easily available about 1800 - 2000 miles North.. ;)
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Tons of everything just outside the complex. Great restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping, convenience stores, grocery store (sells everything; food, cloths, appliances, beach toys etc.. like a Target store), banks, auto repair, liquor store, all within no more than 2 short blocks. Over 14 restaurants within a 4 minute walk of the manned, secured ( 24/7 )front gate. New Wal-Mart 4 short blocks West of condo.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Condo is directly on the beach! Depending upon the time of year, the waves can be large ( and fun ). The beach is VERY clean and very good for walking or jogging. Condo Personnel will gladly setup a table and umbrella on the beach for you. Depending upon season, multiple viewings of Whales and their young jumping and playing all through the bay. Often they come within 300 feet in front of the condo !
• Nearby Attractions: Colima Volcano Park 1.5 hours; Guadalajara ( museums etc ) 3.5 hours, Puerto Vallarta, 3.5 hours north ( beautiful drive ) Acapulco, 4 hours South, El Salto Waterfall 1 hour Northeast ( has a small waterpark too, 10 pesos per person ), 4x4 rentals 20 minutes towards the airport, horseback riding 10 minutes toward the airport. Card games ( various ) are provided in the condo. Manzanillo travel book in condo.. great information on the area. Whale watching !

All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
A refundable $500.00 security deposit is required. Be courteous of our neighbors. Complaints received from Condo Management to the Owner may result in a 50% loss of security deposit. If music can be heard outside, with the door shut, it is too loud. NOTE : If you smoke, please do so on the balconies. Ashtrays are provided... please use them.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of please tip the maid ? 20 - 30 pesos is good.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
