This suite is a ground floor unit next to the swimming pool on the beach side of the property. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There are sliding glass doors leading from dining area to the pool and sliding glass doors in the Master Bedroom leading to a private poolside patio sitting area. Rooftop palapa with built-in tables and chairs offers incredible views and hammocks to laze in as well as rattan table and chairs for outdoor dining.

• The Manzanillo International Airport is a 40 minute drive to the unit. Taxis are available at the airport.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are many restaurants and smaller stores in the immediate area. The larger shopping and dining areas are a 20 minute walk but there is a transit service available as well as taxis.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Housekeeping is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
