Set atop a protected hillside, Villa Las Cumbres is relatively hidden retreat that enjoys cool temperatures and strong breezes from the foothills of the Sierra Madre. This luxurious rental home on the Mexican Riviera offers four bedrooms with tiled baths along with gorgeous views of the water and soothing sounds from ocean waves tumbling on the beautiful sandy beaches below.
Spread across two lots, the Villa affords the safety and tranquility of Mexico's Santiago Peninsula with easy access to the local beaches and other attractions. Yet it is sufficiently removed from the congestion of the more developed areas of the Mexican Riviera. The miles of beaches along Santiago Bay and Manzanillo Bay as well as the acclaimed golf courses are a quick drive away as are the towns of Santiago and Salagua with their markets, shops, restaurants, and nightly entertainment.
• Manzanillo Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. A cab from the airport cost approximately $30 or 300 pesos. You can also rent a car.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The bus runs along the street (Riscos) in front of the Villa. The house manager can also call a cab.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
The Villa has a global phone system which allows guests to call the US and Canada at much cheaper rates than the local phone system. The usage of the phone and fax for long distance calls will be deducted from the security deposit.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
