Separate entrance, patio and use of a lovely one acre garden property assures privacy and relaxation. Close to town center and yet secluded.

Sleeping room with bathroom and separate entrance alone: $100 per night; $1400 for the 16 days.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 6.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
