20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 18 per day and/or 60 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
