• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A big shopping center driving less than 15 minutes.The nearest shopping and dining is around 15 minutes walking time.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock. The walk to the ocean is around 20 minutes. Dunes ,and private area for naturist people.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
