The apartment is located in the exclusive "Las Lomas del Marbella Club". It features a magnificent view of the sea and the hills behind Marbella from the spacious terrace (25m2), overlooking the community pool. Las Lomas del Marbella Club is one of the most exclusive, secure areas of the "Golden Mile" in Marbella, very close (5 minutes drive) to the center of Marbella or Puerto Banus. The apartment is elegant, comfortably furnished, and has marble floors throughout.

• 40 minutes from Malaga Airport(65 Kms), can be reached by rental car or taxi.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Many golf courses are nearby, amongst them Los Naranjos, Marbella, Rio Real, and Guadalmina. Within a 10 minute drive or an hour walk.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Granada (Sierra Nevada, sking resorts in winter) can be reached by car in 2 hours
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). You can reach almost everything within a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Along the main road you will find many shops and restaurants. Two supermarkets ElSol and Lidl are also close by on the main road - a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.
• Beach surface is coarse sand. The nearest beach is behind Hotel Puente Romano and next to the marina (a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive). There you will find a watersport center as well. You can of course explore many other beaches around like Cabopino, Riviera etc.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Balance payable on arrival. Payment in full required if reserved within 4 weeks of arrival. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
