    All modern conveniences included in this rental. Two pool areas (one heated all year round)for the complex.

    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Located on a golf course
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Its about 2hrs drive to the Ski area.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Driving out of the resort there is a new shopping area and cafe. Onsite there is the golf club house and all that has to offer.The coast and mountain villages are full of fantastic places to dine. Puerto Banus is only 15mins drive.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Only 9 minutes drive to the beach. We are located about 9 min drive from the beach.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Cash
    Payment prior to handover of keys. Copy of flight confirmation required as proof of travel.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Cribcan be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
