This villa was decorated by a Top Designer who at one time was voted to be one of the top ten designers in America. Mostly romantic French Empire pieces, wall paper chandeliers, ceiling fan, mural. One of the only houses in La Resina Golf and Country Club with a private pool. The Decorator/ owner also decorated the Club house and has golf access sans greens fees for any of her guests. A short drive from all the action in Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona.

The Malaga Airport is about a 45 -60 minute drive from the villa
Shopping and Dining
There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and all other nightlife is only a 10 - 15 minute drive away.
Golf Courses
The Villa is in a Guard Gated Golf Course community so the Golf course is steps away from the villa.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is only two hours away by car
Waterfront and/or Beach
A coarse sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 45 minute drive/taxi from the property. The Beaches of Puerto Banus, Marbella, & Estepona are only minutes away by car. The house is within a few minutes drive of beaches in Estepona Puerto Banus and Marbella.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 150.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
