The Kitchen is open with a Marble top counter that runs approximately 60% of the width of the first floor.

• The Malaga Airport is about a 45 -60 minute drive from the villa
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Villa is in a Guard Gated Golf Course community so the Golf course is steps away from the villa.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is only two hours away by car
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and all other nightlife is only a 10 - 15 minute drive away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The Beaches of Puerto Banus, Marbella, & Estepona are only minutes away by car.
The house is within a few minutes drive of beaches in Estepona Puerto Banus and Marbella.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
