    40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
