On the ground floor is a large, open kitchen with dining section, living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor has a large living room with a 42" TV, master bathroom and bedroom with a terrace facing south. The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated in a style that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Outside is a big saltwater pool and solarium with orange trees and beautiful plants.
