It has a fully fitted kitchen, satellite TV with a 37-inch plasma screen and a complete surround-sound home cinema system. Wireless internet connection is available to guests. There is a large spacious terrace, which can be accessed from the master bedroom and lounge, overlooking the golf course and out to sea. The apartment comes complete with a golf membership; offering vastly reduced green fees to the tenant. Taylor made golf holidays and golf academy can be arranged upon request.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 80.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
