• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Access is by a private road and once there, one feels far from the world even though it's only a few kilometers from Massa Lubrense and from Sant'Agata, 1.5 km to shops and bar.
• Beach is located within a 20 minute(s) drive. In about 10 minutes drive you reach the Bay of Nerano (one of the loveliest beaches of the area).
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
