1 bedroom condo located in a lovely low rise community located on The Marco River. The heated community pool is just out the front door. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Boat slips are available for rental and there is fishing dock for all residents. The unit has a full sized living room and newly refurbished bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Unit looks out on the pool. It is a 2 minute walk to benches where you can sit and view the beautiful Marco River

Property is near a river. A fine sand beach, gradual for a long distance is a 2 minute walk from the property. There is access to a sailboat. There is a public beach a fifteen minute drive away. There are boat slips available at the Villa de Marco community There is a boat rental facility within walking distance of the Villa de Marco community. Boats have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Everglades

Booking Cancellation:

The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
