View from the front of the building is a private street. The back windows have a view of the pool and club house. It is both beautiful and peaceful, only two minutes from restaurants and the beach.

• Naples Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This unit is located only a few minutes away from the Grocery Store, Starbucks, Coldstone and the movie theater.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. This complex is only a 2 minute drive from a private beach for the community. The beach is within walking distance to the residents beach(about three blocks) from the complex.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque
Rent is paid by way of check. The remainder is due the day of arrival.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
