• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Walk to the ocean is less than 10 minutes. Chairs are provided for the beach.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
