Our unit backs up to S. Collier Blvd, were you can enjoy the night lights of the hotels from our enclosed lanai and fenced in back yard. We are walking distance to many shops, restaurants and to the beach.
More Information
The heated pool is enclosed with a screened lanai to keep the pests out. You can enjoy eating indoors or outdoors on the lanai. The entire rear of the house is glass doors or large windows. The sliding glass doors disappear into the wall to allow the outside in. We are walking distance to many shops, restaurants and to the south entrance beach.

Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Golf courses are available less than one hour away in Naples, Florida.

• Beach surface is fine sand. We are walking distance to the beach, one block away. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas available. Five bikes available.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Feel free to call us for other payment options. PLEASE NOTE: The $500 refundable damage deposit and $200 cleaning fee is due at the time of booking to secure the booking. The remaining rent is required at least 60 days in advance.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200.00 will apply. A fee of 200.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
