    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
