Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a private lanai.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
