Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
We accept Paypal but there is a 3.5% fee added to cover Paypal's charges. We also accept UK cheques. Direct bank payments available into our UK, Spanish or US bank accounts. We accept cash in GBP or US dollars. Please only send by Royal Mail Special Delivery or the USPS equivalent. We cannot be held responsible if the cash gets lost in the post. Our management company charges a small fee for key pick-up out of office hours (weekday and Saturday evenings and all day Sunday). This is payable directly to them and is not our responsibility.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
