Villa Bellaria is set inside the small medieval town of Campagnatico (all kinds of shops). Apartments have been made out of the villa's outbuildings and are spread out inside the large and charming parkland of 3 hectares. In the villa there are 4 bedrooms and the owners' house. Apartment 8, together with other apartments, has been created from the old olive-mill, apartment 5 is in the farmhouse next to the villa. For the guests' use there is a beautiful swimming pool (7x14) as well as table tennis, a boules pitch, a volleyball pitch and 2 mountain bikes. The parkland is dominated by a large terrace garden with views of the Ombrone river, 5 km away, where you can practice sport fishing. Simple but pleasant furniture Shared washing machine. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
